Adjustments Services

The Adjustment Services department is responsible for the research and resolution of all customer initiated adjustment requests that that pertain to DDA and Regular Savings accounts. They also resolve internal difference reflecting either debit or credit errors resulting from the capture process. This area DOES NOT resolve cash differences, errors made in cashing checks for the incorrect amount, return issues, ATM transactions, credit card transaction, loan transactions, pre-authorized drafts or forgery/stolen check/card issues.
