Background 
This survey aims to explore the barriers to the use of randomised controlled trials (RCTs) and evidence in policy-making. It is open to policy-makers, researchers and practitioners. 

The results will help us to identify key barriers that need to be overcome to generate and use more rigorous evidence in the field of innovation, entrepreneurship and growth policy.
