CMS Proposed Rule/MIPS Poll

1. In the proposed rule, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has defined “low volume threshold clinicians” as those that bill Medicare less than or equal to $10,000 AND provides care for 100 or fewer Medicare patients in 1 year. These clinicians would not have to participate in the Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS).

Would you be excluded from participating in MIPS based on the above definition?
