WELCOME TO THE ORION PRACTITIONER QUESTIONNAIRE
The ORION Project is funded by Osteopathy Australia (OA) and independently conducted by a team of health care researchers at the Faculty of Health, University of Technology Sydney.
The purpose of this questionnaire is to collect valuable information from as many registered osteopaths across Australia as possible and this is your chance to lend a hand by participating and helping build a stronger osteopathy profession in Australia. Please note: the ORION questionnaire is NOT an audit of your practice and all of the information collected will only be available to the ORION researchers for research purposes.
At the end of the questionnaire, you will be asked if you wish to be included on the ORION practitioner database. You may accept or decline this invitation. To clarify: completing the consent form does not commit you to ongoing involvement – your future involvement is entirely your decision and you can opt out from further research at any time with no consequence.
