PD Provider Application Chapter 766

This application is for Approved Private Special Education Schools that wish to provide professional development points (PDPs) to their own staff members. Completion of this application will serve as an assurance that the Special Education School will align all professional development to the Massachusetts Standards for Professional Development. Approved Private Special Education Schools should utilize the information from this assurance form to improve the quality and impact of professional development for their staff members.
