I'm excited to tell you we have now changed over to I-TrainDSP for the remainder of our annual trainings. The titles of these trainings in the I-Trains system may look different from what your used to, so below is a list of each training you are required to complete with estimated times to complete them: Health Care Coordination – estimated 40 min. Emergency – estimated 55 min. Cultural Diversity – estimated 55 min. MANE (Abuse, Neglect, Exploitation) – estimated 35 min. Respect & Dignity – estimated 25 min. Communication – estimated 35 min. HIPAA – estimated 50 min. Interm. Care Facilities – estimated 40 min. Individual Safety – estimated 30 min. Driving Safety – estimated 50 min. Incidents & Reporting – estimated 30 min. PCISP – estimated 20 min. Your username is your Peak email, and your password in your employee ID #. I encourage you to change your password after your initial log in. Below are instructions on how to sign in to the I-trainDSP site. Site: www.i-traindsp.com 1. Under Hello, Sign In.. click "Trainee Sign In" from dropdown 2. Use the username and password given to you from agency to log into your account. 3. Click the "Tools" drop down menu to find the "Modules" you need to complete. Complete one module at a time. If you log out, the program will pick up where you last were as long as you click the continue option at the top of page. 4. After finishing a module, you will be prompted to take that module's exam. Score is given upon completion. In addition, complete the agency trainings/quizzes. Trainings/documents can be found under the Files drop down and Agency quizzes are located under the Progress Report/Tests link. *Make sure your score is at least 80% before proceeding* Use the Account link to change your password, the Modules link to take the trainings, the Progress Report/Tests link to track the modules you've completed/take tests, the Module/Exam Report to view your scores/duration, and the Files link to view any trainings your agency has uploaded.
