SMS Notifications

Very Quick survey - An official suggested that instead of e-mail that an SMS text also be sent when there are changes to assignments (i.e. Rain-Outs).

This is a premium feature which costs additional money. Each umpire can subscribe to it, or we can provide it to all umpires.

We want to know how many umpires would value this or need this feature. In addition, mobile navigation of arbitersports to block calendar and accept assignements is easier as there is a mobile version of the webpage.
