This survey is intended for current Seattle Public School families only. If you are a parent/guardian of a former SPS student or are a member of the community, please exit out of this survey and take the Community Survey. If you are a staff member at SPS, please take the staff-specific survey.
All responses to this survey are anonymous and will be presented in aggregated datasets to protect the identity of families. Please be as open and honest as possible and take the survey only once. The survey should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.
