Thank you for participating in the Seattle Public Schools community members’ survey. This survey will help Seattle Public Schools understand the community’s perceptions and preferences regarding prospective changes to district bell schedules.
This survey is intended for community members, including parents of former SPS students. If you are a current parent/guardian of a SPS student, please exit out of this survey and take the Parent Survey. If you are a staff member at SPS, please take the Staff Survey.
All responses to this survey are anonymous and will be presented in aggregated datasets to protect the identity of community members. Please be as open and honest as possible, and take the survey only once. The survey should take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
