Thank you for participating in the Irvine Unified School District Continuous Improvement Survey. This survey was developed by our Continuous Improvement Council, a group of teachers, parents, students and administrators that convenes annually to discuss our instructional program and to identify where we need to focus our future efforts. The mission of the Council is to ensure that we provide the highest quality educational experience we can envision by employing the guiding principles and practices outlined in our Continuous Improvement Document. To understand how effectively we are implementing our Continuous Improvement Efforts, we are asking for your feedback, so that we can reflect on our strengths and our continued areas for growth.
This survey will take 10 minutes to complete. If you have more than one child in IUSD, we would ask that you complete separate surveys to ensure that we receive information that is congruent with each child’s experience. (We realize this will take more time, and we appreciate your efforts to provide us this information.) To complete multiple surveys, please choose one child and complete the following survey based on their experience. At the end of the survey, the final question will allow you to take the survey again, responding for the experience of your next child.
Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback that will help to guide our district forward. While we will be looking at trends and themes surfaced by these data, individual responses to this survey are anonymous and will be kept strictly confidential.
