Institutional support of the project (at present and for continuation of project in the future, if applicable). 4. Method of reporting outcome and value to the NCHC Awards and Grants Committee and the honors community. Project results should be presented at an NCHC or regional honors conference. NOTE: NCHC Portz Grants may not be used for food, refreshments, on-campus space rental, or for student travel for anything (including Conference).
Institutional Certification
By clicking on the submit button below, I certify that the information contained in the NCHC Portz Grant Application represents an accurate description of the project and actual dollars which the institution will commit to it, and I agree to submit a report to the NCHC Awards and Grants Committee upon completion of the project. The report is to be an accounting of the expenses and a one-paragraph summary of the project results with references to any honors conference presentations (or proposed presentations) that highlight the project. Final reports are expected within one year of the award and should be sent to the NCHC office. I further certify that I am authorized to commit institutional funds to this purpose.
