CFI/14er Custom License Plate Survey

Please help CFI refine the design of the Colorado 14ers group specialty license plate that we hope to get approved by the Colorado Legislature in 2015. Here are two design options for you to consider. This questionnaire will ask for your preference regarding the overall design options and the specific design elements that differ between the two designs. Based on your feedback, CFI may choose one of the two existing designs or use your feedback to mix and match to create an entirely new license plate design. At the end there is an opportunity to provide your open-ended feedback.

All Colorado group specialty license plates require that a $50 issuance fee be paid to the State of Colorado. Many custom plates also require an additional, one-time charitable donation be made to the sponsoring nonprofit to help support its charitable mission before obtaining the specialty license plates. Beyond the mandatory $50 state issuance fee, how much would you be willing to donate to CFI to support the organization’s important trail stewardship work on the 14ers? *This question is required.
